Because all items are custom:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

The only exceptions are if an item arrives defective, damaged, or if we make a clear error in printing your submitted customization.

within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will replace the product at no cost.
