Karaoke Tour Tees – FAQ

1. How do I order a custom shirt?
Choose your favorite frame style, enter your Stage Name, Tour Name, and Bottom Banner, upload a JPEG photo, and list your venues. We’ll customize your design before it goes to print.

2. What file type do I upload for my photo?
JPEG only. Other file types (PNG, HEIC, PDF, etc.) are not accepted.

3. Can I see a proof before printing?
We don’t provide pre-print mockups. To keep turnaround fast and avoid back-and-forth edits, your shirt is created exactly from the text and photo you provide during checkout. We copy and paste your inputs directly, and every order is spell-checked to ensure accuracy. This guarantees your garment reflects your exact wording and details. If there’s a clear formatting issue (such as a venue name exceeding the character limit), we’ll contact you. Otherwise, what you enter is what will appear on your shirt. Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final.

4. How long will it take to get my shirt?
Most orders ship within 7–10 business days after customization. Delivery times depend on your location.

5. What sizes are available?
We use Gildan 64000 shirts, black only, sizes S–3XL. (See our Sizing Chart for details.)

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. (International shipping may be added later.)

7. What if I make a mistake in my order?

All text fields are limited to 20 characters for Stage Name, Tour Name, and Bottom Banner, and 40 characters per line (up to 12 lines) for venues. We copy and paste your entries exactly as you provide them. Please double-check spelling, capitalization, and formatting before checkout — your shirt will be printed exactly from your inputs.

Once printing begins, changes can’t be made.

8. Can I return or exchange my shirt?
Because these are custom products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there’s a defect or printing error.

9. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available in denominations starting at $50. They’re delivered by email and never expire.

10. Who are these shirts for?
They’re perfect for karaoke stars, birthday gifts, contests, or just celebrating your love of singing.

11. Do you charge extra for shipping?

Shipping is additional and calculated at checkout. We charge only the exact carrier rate from our print partner—no markups or hidden fees. A single shirt ships within the U.S. for $4.90, with $2.20 for each additional shirt in the same order. Average delivery time is 7–10 business days once your order is placed.
